Every appointment is intentional and unhurried, with a focus on thoughtful consultation and results that are tailored specifically to you. Nothing is rushed and nothing is one size fits all.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. A valid card on file is required to book all appointments through GlossGenius. By booking, you authorize Aqua Tofana to charge the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the policy above.
